Our approach

The ANA Training and Technical Assistance Center wants this website to be usable by everyone. The site is built with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as its target. It uses:

  • semantic headings and page structure
  • navigation that works with a keyboard
  • a skip link to the main content
  • a visible focus indicator
  • support for reduced-motion settings
  • text alternatives for images
  • no content that depends on scripts

An accessibility assessment of the site under Section 508 is in progress and will be completed during the site’s provisional authorization period.

Documents from the former regional websites

Many documents on this site (PDF, Word and PowerPoint files) were migrated from the former regional websites. Other organizations created many of them, and some may not be fully accessible. If you need a document in another format or need help with its content, contact the Center for help.
